摘要: 本文利用改进的三羟基吲哚法测定肾上腺素. 实验表明,在pH=8.7的硼砂缓冲溶液中,肾上腺素用K3Fe(CN)6氧化后,加入巯基乙醇溶液,能稳定吲哚衍生物,从而可以在碱性条件下测定肾上腺素,同时在该条件下多巴、多巴胺不能形成发荧光的产物,不干扰它的测定,由此提出了一种灵敏、选择性测定肾上腺素的分析方法.

Abstract: An improved modification of the trihydroxyindole method was used to determine epinephrine in this paper. Experiments indicate that the fluorescent lutines can be stablized by the mercaptoethanol in the borax buffer(pH= 8. 7). So it is possible to determine epinephrine in the alkaline medium. Under the same conditions, dopa, dopamine can not form fluorescent products, therefore, they didn't interfere with the estimation of epinephrine. From this,a simple and selective method for the determination of epinephrine was put forward.
