ERα与ERβ的结构与功能

摘要： 雌激素的生物学功能主要通过雌激素受体(ER)介导。迄今已发现两种ER亚型，ERα与ERβ。近年来，关于ERα和ERβ的结构与功能的研究已取得很大进展，本文综述了这些进展，并对两者进行了比较。

Abstract: Biological functions of estrogen are mediated by estrogen receptor (ER).Two ER subtypes(ERα and ERβ)have been found by now.A great deal of researches on structures and functions of two ER subtypes have been conducted.In this paper those research advances were reviewed.In addition,this paper also compared the structure and function of ERα with those of ERβ.
