摘要: 三十烷基磷酸酯钾是一种新型的植物生长调节剂, 在溶液培养条件下, 低浓度的三十烷基磷酸酯钾 能促进水稻幼苗生长, 植株鲜干重增加, 胚乳内α-淀粉酶活性显著提高, 叶片内可溶性蛋白、叶绿素含量 和过氧化物酶活性增加, 其使用浓度可比目前常用的三十烷醇低一个数量级, 显示了三十烷基磷酸酯钾 在农业上的应用价值.

Abstract: Potassium Hydrogen 1-triaco ntyl Pho sphate is a new type of plant grow th regulator .Under the condition that the rice seedlings are cultured in liquid media, the low concentration of TPK (0.005 ~ 0.5mg/ L)can promote the grow th of seedling s, increase the fresh weig ht and dry w eight .α-amylase activity in endo sperm of TPK treatment is hig her than that of the co ntrol or TA treatment .Bo th of the peroxidase activity and the content of soluble protein of TPK treatment are also increased .Besides, the TPK treated plant has a hig her content of chlorophy ll.These experimental results show that the co ncentration of TPK applied can be lower than tha t of TA about 10 times.Hence TPK is valuable in agricultural application.
