摘要： 本文利用多β 晶体管设计了差动式非饱和高速整形开关, 并利用它设计了反相器及存贮单元.它与原有的超高速线性与或门一起组成了完备的逻辑单元集合

Abstract: Based on multiple β transisto r the high-speed non-saturation differential sw itch with restoring functio n is designed inthis paper .By using it , the design of inverter and sto rage unit are given .The sw itch and the o riginal hig h-speed linearAND-OR gate compose of a complete set of logic unit.
