摘要： 本文 在 晶体结构 中原 子各 向异 性热振动参数 U.,,与 B` ,,关系的基础 上,讨论了 从现有通用 程 序计 算所得 的各 向异性热振动参数 B,,出发,计算等效各 向同性热振动参 数 U eq 的间题 ;并 从 误 差 理 论 出 发.得 出等效各 向同性 热振动参数 .U,的标准偏差 计算公式.用 F O R T R A N语 言编写 了 由 B. ,,计算 队,及 其标准偏差 的程 序,可供 晶体学工作 者实际 使用.

Abstract: In this paper we discuss the calculation of atomic equivalent isotropic thermal vibration parameters(',} from anisotropic thermal parameters B,,}s,which can be calculated by the usual crystal structure de-termination program package. The calculation of the estimated standard deviation of U}a(Uea)，is alsodiscussed based tin the deviation theory. An usable RORTRAN program is presented.
