米醋对胡萝卜愈伤组织生长和分化的影响及其有效成分的分析
A Preliminary Study on Effective Components of Rice Vinegar to Physiological Action of Crops

摘要: 本文报道了米醋提取液对胡萝卜愈伤组织生长和分化的影响.6一拓毫升/升浓度的米醋对促进愈伤组织的生长极为显著.据分析, 米醋中含有14 种氨基酸和核普酸类及四种类细胞分裂素等物质.在不同激素的配合下, 米醋还有明显地促进组织分化的作用.作者认为, 米醋之所以能促进大田作物的生长发育从而提高农作物的产量, 可能是米醋中的上述物质的配合作用所致.
Abstract: In this paper the author report that the extract of rice vinegar affects the growth and differentiation of carrot callus. The concent ration of rice vinegar at the range of 6一16ml/L will promote the growth of callus more effectively. Physical and chemical analyses show that rice vinegar contains nucleo-tide and four cytokinin-like substances in addition to more than fourteen amino acids. It may be the cooperation of those amino acids, nucleotide and cytokinin-like subotances that promote the growth of callus . Rice vin-egar not only promotes the growth of carrot callus, but also affects its diff erentiat ion owing to the interaction of the different hormones in medium .It is also known that rice vinegar can raise the yield of crops such as rice, wheat, rape etc . The author think the reason for it may be related to nucleot ide and cytokinin, as well as amino acids.
