摘要: 社区居民是民族村寨旅游能否可持续发展的核心要素,他们既是民俗旅游资源的重要载体,又因身处旅游地而直接承受着旅游所带来的各种冲击.随着西部民族地区日益将旅游产业作为当地追赶式发展的重要引擎,对社区居民旅游态度的研究便具有了极强的理论和现实意义.以社会资本和地方感作为理论基点,以贵州省黔东南西江苗寨和黎平肇兴侗寨作为实证案例,采用层次回归法,从社区中"人-人"关系和"人-地"关系入手探索居民对旅游发展持积极态度的前导因素,并就民族社区社会资本、地方感的培育和提升提出了相关建议,以期为西部民族地区的旅游发展、规划提供有益咨询.

Abstract: In the western region of China, tourism industry is regarded as an important engine to catch up with the developed areas of the country. Community residents and their attitudes are the key factors in the process of sustainable tourism development in ethnic villages. We explore the combined effects of social capital and sense of place on residents' support for tourism. Specifically, we firstly discuss the relationships among interpersonal relationship, people-land relationship and residents' supporting attitude based on the theoretical framework of social capital and sense of place. A conceptual model of "predictors factors-supporting attitude" is then proposed and examined using a package of data from two ethnic minority villages (Xijiang Miao Village and Zhaoxing Dong Village) located in Southeast of Guizhou Province. Results of the Hierarchical Regression process show that the model fits the data well. The main findings of the empirical study are listed as follows: (1)Among the demographic variables, only education level has significant effect on residents' supporting attitudes. Specifically, the higher the education level of residents, the stronger they would support the tourism industry; (2)Residents engaged in tourism activities are more likely to support tourism development in their community; (3)Residents with more social capital would offer stronger support for tourism development in the community; (4)Sense of place that residents have with their community has a positive impact on their support for tourism.
