基于产品生命周期维修的产品结构模型

摘要:

为了研究维修阶段产品结构演化规律以支持维修生产,从产品生命周期管理的角度提出维修产品结构模型用以管理维修阶段产品结构以及产品结构演化.维修产品结构模型由维修产品结构和维修产品结构状态组成,维修产品结构状态包含产品模块的演化状态与识别状态,演化状态分为原始、新增、复原、更改、废止5类;识别状态包括产品模块的制造商、型号、规格,识别状态的转移跟随着演化状态的转移.产品模块的演化状态与识别状态被记录到维修产品结构模型的维修零件主记录中, 结果表明维修产品模型能够为维修生产提供实时维修产品结构状态及状态的可追溯性.最后以塑料吹塑成型设备的维修产品结构模型进行例证.

Abstract:

In order to study the law of product structure evolvement in maintenance stage to sustain maintain production, the product structure model for maintenance was put forward based on PLM to administrate product structure for maintenance and the evolvement of product structure for maintenance. the product structure model for maintenance is made up of product structure for maintenance and product structure state for maintenance, Product structure state for maintenance includes developing status and identification status of product module, the developing status of product module includes origin, new, renewal, rebuild and discard these five kinds; the identification status includes manufacturer, type, spec of product module, the transfer of identification status follows transfer of developing status. Developing status and identification status of product module were recorded in part master record for maintenance belongs to product structure model for maintenance, so product structure model for maintenance can provide product structure state for maintenance in real time and for traceability for maintenance production. At last, the example of product structure model for maintenance of plastic blowing modeling equipment was adopted to set forth above-mentioned.
