摘要:

针对现有载荷分离理论存在的量纲不等问题进行研究,提出基于量纲一相似原理的改进载荷分离方法,获得普适意义的载荷分离参数与测试位移关系曲线.为了推广载荷分离方法在材料断裂韧性测试中的应用,利用Visual Basic Language开发了用于材料断裂韧性的测试软件(JLSS).结合汽轮机转子钢Cr2Ni2MoV、316L不锈钢材料以及紧凑拉伸(CT)试样,应用测试软件研究现有载荷分离方法与改进载荷分离方法在材料断裂韧性测试中的差异.结果表明:基于量纲一的理念完善了载荷分离理论;改进的载荷分离方法消除了参考钝裂纹试样对测试结果的影响,可以用来精确测试材料的断裂韧性.

Abstract:

The issue of the dimension was analyzed in the load separation. The proposed modified load separation got the general curve between the load separation parameter and the test displacement based on the similarity principle. A test software, named as JLSS (Jintegral load separation software), was developed by the Visual Basic Languages in order to  widely apply the load separation method in fracture toughness test. The difference of fracture toughness resulted from current load separation method and the modified load separation was analyzed by JLSS for Cr2Ni2MoV rotor steel and 316L stainless steel with compact tension specimens. Results show that current load separation method is completed with considering similarity principle. The modified load separation method eliminates the effect of test result when using referenced different crackblunt specimen in order to get the accurate fracture toughness.
