摘要:

针对大转矩低转速的应用场合,提出一种新颖的复式永磁电机结构,并讨论了它的结构设计要点.在电机空载三维磁场有限元分析结果的基础上作适当的假设,从相量图入手对复式永磁同步电机的电参数计算公式进行理论推导.以试验样机的设计参数为依据,分析该电机的工作特性,得出了它特有的功角特性曲线和经济运行范围.对以复式永磁同步电机为核心的直驱式抽油机进行介绍,检测结果表明,直驱式抽油机的节电效果显著,较游梁式抽油机具有多方面的优势.

Abstract:

A novel compound permanent magnet synchronous machine was proposed to be applied in the situation of low-speed and huge-torque. The key points of structural design were discussed. A proper hypothesis was given based on the finite element analysis results of three-dimensional magnetic field for the unloaded machine. The calculating formulas of the compound permanent magnet synchronous machine’s electric parameters were deduced according to the phasor diagram. The machine’s operating characteristic was analyzed based on the parameters of the experimental model. The peculiar power-angle curve and the economical range of operation were obtained. Then the direct-drive pumping unit whose core is the compound permanent magnet synchronous machine was introduced. The measuring results show that the direct-drive pumping unit has prominent energy saving effect and multifold predominance compared with the beam pumping unit.
